Martin is the co-founder of TOC and has many years experience in the orthodontic industry working with leading brands such as GAC, Ortho Technology and 3M Unitek. Having spent 12 years gaining an orthodontic education with Orthomax Dental Martin 'took the plunge' and set up TOC with David 18 years ago. With the appointment of Tracy to cover the North East area, Martin will now be able to spend more time concentrating on the needs of the business. However he will still keep in regular contact with customers and please feel free to contact him at any time to discuss your orthodontic requirements.

David also looks after accounts for TOC primarily around the company headquarters in the South West of England, he also is jointly responsible for seeking out the products that give TOC its wide breadth of orthodontic offerings. David prides himself on being able to offer TOC's customers the industry's most complete range from the highest quality and innovation to the best value available. David has a long history in dentistry and it's this experience that has helped TOC gain its reputation as the most complete and trusted supplier in the U.K.

Nicky has been with TOC for 12 years first working on our mail order brand but for the most part she has been responsible for the sales and marketing of the whole TOC range. Nicky built up her experience with brands such as Bausch & Lomb, a world leader in eye health; and has applied their professional principles to help position TOC at the forefront of the orthodontic supply profession. The sales growth of TOC over the last 10 years has been guided and influenced by Nicky and she looks forward to the future developments of TOC and the industry as a whole with great optimism.

Carrie has a BA Hons degree in English and has Qualified Teacher Status which provided useful training in her many roles at TOC! Carrie was responsible for the hugely successful TOC catalogue and is busy preparing the new version. All TOC literature is designed by Carrie so she is an extremely busy member of our team, working closely with Nicky to develop the TOC brand. Carrie also works with our customer service office and is always keen to hear stories of great customer service TOC has given, or the other sort!

Neil is one of the founding members of the orthodontic supply profession setting up Forestadent's U.K. operation during the 1970's. Neil enjoyed many years with Forestadent in what was a very exciting time for orthodontics in this country, the growth of the profession was incredible during that period and Neil formed an integral part creating some very close relationships that he maintains today. For nearly 2 years Neil has been part of TOC and he feels he has 'come home' working with a company that specialises in orthodontics.

We are delighted to welcome Natalie to the TOC team replacing Sandra Wickens who has recently retired. After gaining a degree in Psychology at Swansea University Natalie was keen to pursue a career in sales, so she attained a Diploma in Sales whilst working for Special Occasion Linen selling a high quality service to hotels, conference centres and marquee companies. Natalie was keen to move into a more specialized area of sales and having worn fixed appliances herself had an interest in orthodontics. Having just completed her induction period with TOC Natalie is now out on territory visiting customers.
